- Mn14 Manganese Steel
Standard cost-effective material. Fit for medium-wear jobs with normal impact force, such as light mixed metal scraps.
- Mn14CrMo Modified Manganese Steel
Add extra Cr and Mo alloy elements. Better wear resistance and strength than pure Mn14. Perfect for long-time continuous scrap car processing.
- 42CrMo Low Alloy Steel
Good hardness with balanced toughness. Suitable for light scrap recycling without heavy thick metal blocks.
- DHT High-performance Alloy Steel
Our top-grade material for heavy-duty shredding. It uses special heat treatment: the hammer hole area stays tough to avoid pin wear, while the hitting head keeps high hardness for long service life.
