Anvils
The cutting board of the crusher is a key wear-resistant component in industrial metal and paper crushers. As a fixed blade, it works together with the rotating hammer to cut and tear materials.
- Function: Cooperate with the hammer to cut materials, improve crushing quality, and reduce motor load.
- Material: High manganese steel or low-alloy steel containing chromium, nickel, and molybdenum are commonly used, with high wear resistance and impact resistance.
- Structure: It is often made into a segmented structure of three or four pieces, which is easy to install and replace; Some designs can adjust the gap with the rotor through a top screw.
