Why do we need to use martensitic crusher hammer blow bars?

HAZEMAG AP-KV1005R Crusher Hammer is a small hammer which almost used in Third-stage crushing.

as thickness of this HAZEMAG AP-KV1005R Crusher Hammer is 40mm only , can’t  bear big affect force.

Our europe customer say Mn18cr2 material wearing life is only 50% of orginal hazemag crusher AP-KV 1005R  hammer .and we checked  material  is  a little less,  but our customer need  same wearing life of  orginal hazemag  AP-KV1005R . here we advice customer to use  martensitic hammer.

as it will have very good hardness about 500HB,  wearing life is at least 100% better than Mn18cr2 material hammer. but it will have a perfect advantange than chrome material,  martensitic hammer  impact toughness force is perfect .now we are making this hammer  in martenstic material,
