We are glad to send one 20ton container for SBM Remax 400 blow bar ( hammer ) to our europe customer , in them it had three type material to meet customer Different operating conditions:
- high chrome blow bar :Primarily used for secondary and tertiary crushing
- Chrome with ceramic blow bar :this type blow bar have a much better wearing life than chrome ,but can’t bear much impact force from First crushing , so still used in secondary and tertiary crushing
- Martensitic with ceramic blow bar:Martensitic blow bar has better impact toughness.and hardness is between manganese steel and chrome ;
- you can see our martensitic blow bar hardness is 53-54HRC which is perfect
it is perfect to use for first crushing process.
