The newly delivered TiC insert hammer adopts an optimized composite structure with strict material configuration: the hammer body is integrally cast from Mn18Cr2 high manganese chromium steel, a classic alloy featured with outstanding impact toughness to resist heavy cyclic shock and avoid cracking under harsh crushing loads. Multiple solid titanium carbide (TiC) rods are metallurgically embedded into the hammer’s high-abrasion working surface, forming ultra-hard wear-resistant zones that bear direct friction against ores, stone and clinker.

The embedded TiC inserts feature extreme hardness above 3000 HV, far exceeding the hardness of standard manganese steel matrix, which drastically slows down surface abrasion. While the Mn18Cr2 substrate maintains strong anti-impact capacity to prevent hammer fracture, the combination perfectly balances toughness and wear resistance, solving the long-standing pain point of frequent replacement of traditional manganese hammers in high-abrasion working conditions.
